Call to Real Action video

Last year the Call to Real Action engaged Manchester City Council in a little bit of Gramscian war of position.  Minor skirmishes, a few flesh wounds, and then the production of the “Manchester Climate Change Action Plan“.

Given that it was a bit like an episode of the “A-team” – lots of shooting (off of mouths) and bangs and crashes but no-one got seriously hurt – it makes sense that the relaunch of the group/campaign should be in the shape of a spoof of the opening sequence of that 80s kitsch…

a) you need to get out more

b) then  this one about the Action Plan and this one about the Council and (deep breath) this one about the Curse of Boring Meetings might amuse.
